Conversational analysis can potentially be enhanced with socio-linguistic “politeness” cues along with other linguistic cues such as emotion, dialogue acts, sentiment, etc. In this article, I will contain the information about our recent publication at LREC 2022, “Conversational Analysis of Daily Dialog Data using Polite Emotional Dialogue Acts”.
